HUDSON, Colo., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR) (the “Company“), a high tech rubber solutions company, announced today that its SRI Custom Compound truck tires have successfully passed the 2,500km validation trials at the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia.

The purpose of the trials was to establish that it is possible to include substantive recycled content in production OEM and replacement tires without compromising performance and safety. The results of these tests suggest that the Company’s SRI Next Generation Custom Compounds may be able to provide manufacturers recycled tires that operate just as efficiently as virgin rubber tires.

Pursuant to the testing protocol, the Company’s SRI Compound Tires are installed on the rear axles of light trucks to test performance and ware resistance over a 2,500km period. The 2,500km test is the first of several tests upon which the Company’s tires will be analyzed, and the duration of the tests will increase until the tires are tested on a 30,000km test, representing the average operating life of a light truck tire. The initial results suggest that the there are limited differences between the Company’s SRI Compound Tires and tires that are produced with original virgin rubber.

The Company intends to repeat this protocol testing several times over the course of the next year to establish the performance levels of the Magnum SRI Compound in different variants of compounds, tire types and applications.

HUDSON, Colo., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR) (the “Company”), a high tech rubber solutions company, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Magnum Engineering, Inc. (MEI), has ordered custom powder production equipment and machines that will be utilized at the Company’s Hudson, Colorado facility. This equipment and machinery will be used to produce ultra fine and clean rubber powders, and will also separate and clean fiber, nylon and steel from recycled tires, which the Company intends to sell into other markets. The Company anticipates that this new equipment and machinery will be shipped, installed and put into operation at the Company’s Hudson, Colorado facility during the second quarter of 2010. The Company recently processed a single storage pit of scrap tires into feedstock for powder production at the Hudson facility, and has ongoing primary shredding operations.

Upon completion of the new rubber powder production line, the Company anticipates being able to produce a variety of ultra-fine rubber powders to supply the North American rubber markets. The new equipment, along with the recently announced powder production equipment that the Company anticipates will be installed at its Magog, Quebec facility during the first quarter of 2010, will help the Company and its partners offer rubber compound and end-user manufacturers low-cost compounds that can be substituted in high specification compound applications for virgin rubber raw materials.

Larry Hogan, the Company’s Senior Plant Manager, commented, “The Company has been preparing diligently for the second phase of equipment installation at the Hudson, Colorado facility. We look forward to installing the new equipment and machinery, and to moving toward full production.”

HUDSON, Colo., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR) (the “Company”), announces the closing of $3.5MM of Senior Secured Convertible Notes due December 2010 with institutional investors. Furthermore, the capital raise was completed at fair market value at a conversion price of $1.21 per share, the closing price of its MDOR.OB on Dec 21, 2009.

As previously announced the net proceeds of the financing will be used for general corporate purposes that include procuring equipment to complete production facilities at Hudson, infrastructure improvements, and additional heavy equipment.

Joseph Glusic, President & CEO of Magnum stated, “Anyone that has had to raise commercial financing in the current economic climate can appreciate the significance of this event. The fact that the terms are ‘at market’ and were not discounted implies the strength and potential of the Company. The fact that these institutional investors also chose to accept additional warrants at ‘market price’ indicates the support and commitment that these institutional investors have in Magnum. The warrants issued with this transaction alone can potentially generate an additional $8.75 MM over the next five years for the Company.”

Glusic went on to say, “This financing will allow us to accelerate our production schedule and increase capacity more expeditiously than if we relied on internal funding. This year, 2010, looks to be an exciting year for Magnum.”

On another note, financing sought through ‘the SIMCO Group’ is still proceeding forward although it has been delayed several times. Magnum will update the market on the current status of this funding avenue in the near future.

Magnum would also like to take this opportunity to thank Michel Boux for his passion and tireless efforts exhibited during the start-up of the Magog facility. Mr. Boux has recently stepped down from his Vice President and Director positions due to personal reasons, but will continue to assist the Company on a consulting basis for the foreseeable future. Mr. Marc Boulerice has stepped in to fulfill the vacancy and has worked through the transition over the last several months to ensure a smooth and orderly transfer of responsibilities.

Mr. Boulerice is bilingual in French-English having twenty years of experience as a Director of Manufacturing. Established quality controls for 200 active injection molds, personnel assessment, supervision, and trained staff (50) on three shifts 7 days a week. College Certified in Quality Integral Management ISO 9000 standards, 15+ years experience in the retail business, expertise in inventory control, management supervision, quality control, and implementation strategist. Mr. Boulerice has expertise in developing, strategic planning, managing budgets, establishing performance indices, task analysis and workload. Develop and prepare the schedule for internal and external audits.

About MDOR: Magnum’s positioned to become a global leader in rubber recycling solutions by utilizing proprietary “Green” technology that provides a one-of-a-kind resolution to all of the challenges in eliminating stockpiles of rubber scrap & tires worldwide. Through its partner SRI (http://www.srielastomers.com), Magnum controls exclusive rights to a variety of Next Generation technologies & patents that could potentially revolutionize the rubber recycling industry Worldwide. Magnum/SRI are currently using these technologies to produce next generation custom compounds, retread compounds, processing aids, advanced state-of-the-art equipment, and reactivated ambient/cryogenic rubber powders for the global market. Magnum/SRI premium compounds can be substituted in high specification compound applications with no appreciable loss in properties or performance, thus adding a substantial & meaningful reduction in raw material cost for clients without compromising product performance and quality.

Magnum’s Colorado facility consists of 120 acres of commercially zoned land, buildings, equipment, and inventory of roughly 30 to 40 million tires. The facility is one of the largest tire landfills in the world.

HUDSON, Colo., Dec. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc. (”Magnum”) (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR), is pleased to announce that it has completed a major milestone at its Hudson facility by removing and processing an entire disposal pit of scrap tires. The reduction of tire volume at the facility has never been accomplished during the entire history of the site prior to Magnum’s acquisition this last August. This accomplishment is keeping with Magnum’s goal of completely utilizing the entire stock of some 35,000,000+ previously disposed tires currently located at the site within the Colorado Legislative order of 10 years. Furthermore, it may be noted that the pace at which Magnum is currently removing and processing the current stockpiled inventory is three times faster than the ten year order and twice the pace outlined by Magnum’s own business model.

“This is tremendous news and a testament to the commitment Magnum has made to State Legislators and the numerous Colorado regulatory and oversight agencies. This is truly a major accomplishment and one that the State and local officials can be proud of due to their support and faith in our Company,” stated Joseph Glusic, President & CEO of Magnum.

Colorado State Representative Marsha Looper, who has been a long time advocate for the clean-up and disposal of waste tires across the state, indicated in recent correspondence that,”… this is good news and a step in the right direction ….” as Magnum continues forward with its business plans.

Because of the significance of this recent milestone accomplishment, Bryan Brammer, COO of Magnum USA was interviewed by Denver’s Channel 9 TV http://www.9news.com/rss/article.aspx?storyid=129608

Brammer stated, “Seeing the first empty pit really drives home what we are striving to do with this property. When I started with Magnum, this property was disorganized and out of compliance. Now we are cleaning out whole entire pits of discarded tires and producing usable products and feed stock for our own processing needs.”

Furthermore, Magnum USA recently hosted a site tour and meeting with its Malaysian partner, SRI, to discuss design and implementation criteria regarding installation of SRI next generation rubber recycling machines, as well as, discussing production plans for the Hudson Facility. Several hours were spent going over the site planning and development process and how the Magnum/SRI compound production equipment will be integrated into the site production process as installation moves forward.

Brammer also went on to say, “It was great to meet and talk with part of the SRI team that will install and eventually reactivate the powders we will be producing at this facility.”

Denver tire recycling. Magnum D’Or Resources Inc. and the city of Denver have teamed up to ecologically dispose of dozens of tons of tires. By mid-December, the program had already disposed of 15,000 pounds of waste tires from illegal tire dumps and tire ditches as wells as scrap tires found throughout the metropolitan area, according to Magnum. The company shreds and processes the tires into a rubber compound used by tire manufactures and retread companies.
